Customers

The Customers area gives you one place to keep customer information and connect it with projects, quotes, and other work in Novasis.

Viewing Customers

Use the customer list to review records and open a customer for more details. The fields you see can vary according to your organization's setup.

Adding a Customer

Complete the fields shown on the new-customer form and save the record.

You can then link that customer to work such as:

• A project,
• A quote,
• A finance record.

Contacts

Depending on your setup, a separate Contacts area can also be available for people related to customers.
