What Can the AI Assistant Do?
The Novasis AI Assistant is integrated directly with your database (via secure MCP tools). It can autonomously perform tasks such as creating, updating, deleting records, and reading data.
1. Creating Records and Tasks
You no longer need to fill out long forms. Just tell the assistant what you need.
- "Create a new project for Acme Corp and assign John as the manager."
- "Remind me to call Sarah tomorrow at 10 AM regarding the new contract."
- "Add a new deal worth $5000 to the pipeline for our new client."
The assistant will automatically execute a create-item action in the background, matching the right fields and assigning the correct personnel.
2. Fetching Reports and Data
Need a quick summary? Ask the assistant instead of digging through dashboards.

The assistant uses the read-items action to securely query your data and present you with a concise, accurate summary.
3. Updating and Deleting Records
You can also ask the assistant to make modifications.

- "Delete the duplicate invoice record I just created."
Using update-item and delete-item protocols, the assistant safely modifies the database on your behalf.
