Creating and Training a New Chatbot

With the Novasis artificial intelligence module (RAG), you can create a custom assistant trained with your own PDFs or text files. You can later add this assistant to your website as a "Live Support / Widget".

First, we need to define a new Chatbot.

We need to upload documents so the Chatbot can give you custom answers.

Once you've trained your bot, you can integrate a smart assistant into your website in seconds, without any complex coding.

Live Support (Handoff): If your bot cannot answer a question or if the customer directly asks to speak with a human, the conversation is seamlessly transferred to your live support team. You can instantly join the conversation from the Novasis panel.
