Dashboard Overview

The main screen (Dashboard) that welcomes you when you log in to Novasis is designed to let you see the overall status of your entire organization at a single glance.

Left Navigation Menu

The heart of the system is the left menu. You can reach all modules from here:

  • CRM: Manage your companies, contacts, and deals.
  • Projects: View your ongoing jobs and task boards.
  • Files: Access your internal documents and wiki pages.
  • Sales: Quickly access your quotes and orders.
  • Chatbots: The area where you train and manage the AI assistants on your site.

Profile and Notifications

You can perform basic account actions through your user profile card:

  • User and Subscription: Your name, email address, remaining AI Token amount, and Storage usage are displayed here.
  • Notifications: Keep track of tasks assigned to you or system alerts.
  • Theme and Language: Toggle the system's dark/light mode or change the interface language.

Main Screen Cards (Quick Access)

The area in the middle of the screen (Dashboard) is designed for you to quickly manage your company:

  • Top Summary Bar: Your active membership status, current AI Token balance, how full your file storage is, and your subscription end date are summarized at the top.
  • Module Shortcuts: By clicking on large cards like "Manage Organization", "Artificial Intelligence", "Notes", and "Customer Management", you can jump to the relevant areas with a single click.
  • AI Assistant Connections: On the right side of the screen, there is a quick setup panel where you can connect your AI assistants, such as Telegram or WhatsApp, to the system.
